Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to agreement of the following:

Cancellation: Tony Doyle Coaches Ltd reserve the right to cancel the trips should their not be adequate numbers to proceed. Our minimum number for a tour to operate is 20 persons. If it is necessary to cancel a tour then the passengers will be offered a seat on another date subject to availability. Full refunds of the price of the tour will be given in case of cancellation where there is no availability of a replacement, excluding any payment processing fees if applicable.

Payment: Payment must be made in advance of the tour and at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: Cheques (to arrive at least 1 week prior to tour), Debit Cards (Laser) and Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard) are all acceptable forms of payment. For group bookings we will also allow for payment via bank transfer. Credit Cards are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Refunds: Due to the low cost nature of our offers refunds are not generally available, however the booking can be transferred to another person without charge. Change of dates may be possible, but subject to the change not bringing tour numbers below our minimum operational number of 20 persons.

Luggage / Shopping: All luggage, shopping and personal items are carried at your own risk. Tony Doyle Coaches Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to items while availing of their services. All persons are reminded that the coach can only hold a limited amount of luggage and shopping and so it is not recommended to carry more than one large case per person as baggage that does not fit into the luggage compartment will not be carried and will need to be delivered separately at the passengers own cost.

Errors: We believe all the information on this website is correct, however details should be checked at the time of booking. Tony Doyle Coaches Ltd cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions contained on this website or on any printed material.

Alterations: We reserve the right to amend or change the itinerary, timings and hotels used, if for whatever reason it is deemed it necessary to do so.

The Outlet Vouchers: The discount and special offer vouchers are supplied by the The Outlet, Banbridge for participating stores in The Outlet Shopping Centre. Tony Doyle Coaches Ltd have no authority over the contents and offers available and cannot guarantee any advertised offer will be available to you on your date of travel. Should your booking be dependent on receiving a particular offer, availability of this offer should be checked prior to booking.
